I’m Stella, the name and spirit behind it all. Born and raised in DELCO, just outside of Philadelphia, my culinary journey began on a milk crate in my family's lunch trucks and hot dog stands. By the age of 7, I was working the grill, and discovering that great food has the power to bring people together.
For over two decades, I served as the in-house caterer at Citrix Systems in Fort Lauderdale—feeding thousands, building connections, and making magic happen in the kitchen day after day. But deep down, I always dreamed of having a place of my own. A place where the crust is crispy, the cheese is caramelized, the sauce is bold, and the vibe is always real.
Stella’s is that dream come true. A Detroit-style pizza joint where tradition meets attitude, and every slice tells a story. Whether you’re here for the chewy corners, the cheesy edges, or just to feel like family—we’ve got a pie (and a seat) waiting for you. We have Philly's too, of Course!

Our Ingredients
We use only the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients in our pizzas. Our dough is made from scratch daily and our sauce is made with ripe, juicy tomatoes. We also offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan options.
